Buildings
Buildings of all eras, shapes and sizes, communicate the stories of those that entered as well as those who were forbidden. They may tell an entirely different tale well after their years of "usefulness" have subsided. Their story may be happy, sad, of absolute non compos mentis (not having control of one's mind) or greed and everything in between. I hope that you will join me in the visual journey of story as it relates to my photographs.

The door to an old house where I grew up. The folklore that we were brought up on was that a lady lived there and never came out after her fiance left her just prior to her wedding. It was said that her brother took care of her by bringing her what she needed to exist.
